Amazing Japanese ryokan experience. Authentic Japanese setting with an immersive feel. The food was exceptional and a feast for the senses. The staff is friendly and accommodating, despite a language barrier; they make every effort to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The surroundings are peaceful, with beautiful gardens and easy access to nearby attractions.
Not a great option for travelers who are not interested in a traditional Japanese experience. The bath could have been larger, but it still offered a nice soak. The breakfast lacked variety, with only one choice per day. It would be nice to have the option to choose between Japanese or Western style breakfasts.

Had an incredible Christmas experience at this Japanese hotel. Loved how the staff provided excellent service and the place was completely empty, gave us the feeling of having the whole hotel to ourselves. The traditional Japanese food served was exquisite and well-prepared by the chefs. Another positive feature was the beautiful Japanese garden that added to the serene atmosphere. Overall a unique and refreshing experience that I truly enjoyed.
Only downside to this hotel was the lack of English proficiency from the staff, which made it a bit challenging to communicate. the bathroom facilities were a little outdated.
